Here's the recipe that Anh uses to make her mint dark chocolate cake pops:
Dry Ingredients:
2 cup cake flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup brewed coffee
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp mint extract
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. Add in eggs, coffee, milk, oil, vinegar, and mint extract to the flour mixture.
4. Mix well until smooth (should be a little runny).
5. Pour into cake pop maker.
6. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
Hi Anh,
ReplyDeleteAre you using teaspoon measurement for the baking soda, baking powder, salt and vinegar? Or tablespoon? The recipe listed teaspoon but in video you stated tablespoon. Also, is it 1 cup sugar (recipe) or 1 3/4 cup sugar (video)?
Hi Anh...I followed your recipe for french sponge cake and I love it! Now I' d also love to bake a chocolate cake. Do you have a regular choc cake recipe that you love and don't mind sharing? Can the above choc cake pop recipes be made into a regular round/square cake? Thanks in advance for your help.
