Hi Anh, I noticed your frosting is smooth..do you make your own or you buy it? I took a wilton course on cake decorating using only crisco and powdered sugr but still struggle to make stiff icing and frost it perfectly like you..
Hi Pa, most of the time I buy my frosting. I use a product called Pastry Pride. It comes in liquid form and you simply whip it up and add food coloring. It's already pre-sweetened. I love it because it is so simple to use, tastes delicious, and holds very well. I buy it from a store called Smart & Final. I've also made standard whipped cream base icing but with gelatin added to make it hold it's shape better.
